Ferguson, William H.

Ms. Paul practices in the Firm's Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups, where her work focuses on defending mass tort and federal multidistrict ("MDL") personal injury litigation brought against manufacturers of prescription pharmaceuticals. She has managed fact discovery; identified, recruited, and developed a diverse slate of expert witnesses ranging from FDA regulatory experts to experts in oncology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and the treatment of osteoporosis; and participated in Daubert and summary judgment briefing.

While attending the Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Paul wrote for the Georgetown Law Weekly and worked as a legal research assistant for Professor Charles Abernathy. She is a graduate of the Firm's 2009 Summer Associate program.

Ms. Paul is an active member of the Junior League of Washington.
