Angel Feng is an associate in the firm's White Plains, New York office. Ms. Feng specializes in all aspects of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Before joining Jackson Lewis in White Plains, Ms. Feng practiced in Connecticut where she gained experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration, and litigation of immigration matters in administrative court proceedings. She also litigated employment law matters including discrimination, wage and hour, and unemployment compensation cases, and advised clients on I-9 employment eligibility verification (IRCA) and Social Security issues.
Ms. Feng received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine (B.A. with honors, 1998), and her Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law (J.D. 2001). She is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the board of directors of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Feng is the president of the Connecticut Asian Pacific American Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
