D. Fredrico Fazio was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fazio received his B.S. from Florida State University in 1962. He attended law school at the University of Miami Law while working as an insurance adjuster, and graduated in 1967. Mr. Fazio is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Fazio is actively involved in the civic and economic improvement of the community and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Development Authority. He is also a member of the Broward county Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Fazio is a past president of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"), Fort Lauderdale Chapter, and has served on the National Board of Directors of ABOTA. He has tried in excess of 225 jury trials ranging across the board of all types of injury and death. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and has been A-V rated (preeminent lawyer) by Martindale-Hubbell for over 25 years.
