Brian was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on June 5, 1979. The son of a construction worker and a school teacher, Brian has watched them both work incredibly hard, save, and make the best of the opportunities America presented, all while raising him and his older brother. His family still resides in Spartanburg and serves as a constant motivation to help others.
Brian went to Clemson University where he was very active in student activities along with receiving numerous academic accomplishments. Brian participated in a range of activities from receiving his varsity letter, Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society, to the Clemson Weightlifting Club. Brian graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2001 and received his law degree from the Georgia State in 2005. He was admitted to the bar in October 2005.
While in law school Brian worked with a trial lawyer and received extensive experience helping injured people with claims against doctors and hospitals, negligent car and truck drivers, governments that have acted improperly, and businesses that have caused harm. In 2007, Brian decided to open his own practice to continue zealously representing people and families who have been harmed by the negligence of others. Brian's wonderful and very understanding wife, Laura, joined him and the two have successfully helped hundreds of people get the justice they deserved.
In 2009, Brian joined forces with Sam Pierce and Chuck Gabriel to form Pierce, Gabriel & Parker. Brian continues to dedicate his practice to helping injured people in their struggle to obtain fair compensation. Brian knows that insurance companies very often fail to deal fairly with people and works tirelessly to help his clients.
Brian is active in his profession and in the community. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the North Fulton Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Brian is active member of the Clemson Alumni community, IPTAY, and volunteers with the Empty Stocking Fund, Operation Homefront and many other charitable and civic organizations. He lives in Fulton County with his wife.
Brian loves all things Clemson related and is always willing to talk sports - Brian has managed to play everything from offensive line to rugby (although now he tends to stick to flag football and racquetball). He enjoys venturing outdoors, spending time at his in-laws chocolate shop in Dahlonega, weightlifting and cooking.
