Elizabeth Parcella is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Department and Tax Exempt Organization Practice Group.
Beth's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, business formation and organization, and corporate dissolutions. She has counseled companies in a variety of industries, including energy and utilities, financial services, manufacturing, information technology, biotechnology and health care. Beth also advises a wide variety of non-profit tax-exempt organizations on corporate, governance, federal and state tax exemption, and regulatory matters. She advises charitable organizations about the investment and use of charitable funds, charitable solicitation, and investigations by state regulatory entities such as the Attorney General.
Beth graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law where she served as a Symposium Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law.
Beth serves on the Boards of the Institute for Community Research and the Elmseed Enterprise Fund.
