Mr. Parashes is Chairman of the 29-lawyer Subrogation Department of White and Williams LLP, a Philadelphia based law firm founded 1899 whose subrogation practice extends throughout the United States. He received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College in 1972, magna cum laude, and his law degree from Temple University Law School in 1975. He has concentrated his practice in the field of subrogation since 1978. He has extensive trial experience in the field and has also served as an expert witness in lawsuits on the subject of subrogation. He has been a frequent speaker at insurance forums (including the PLRB and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals) on subrogation topics, authored several papers and articles on the subject, and has served on NASP's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. Mr. Parashes has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, was elected an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and selected through a statewide survey of lawyers as one of Pennsylvania's Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011.
