Farkash, Thomas Joel

Mr. Cohen joined the firm at its inception and has been a partner since 1990. Mr. Cohen’s practice focuses on commercial transactional work, commercial litigation and debtor/creditor issues. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in Federal and State Courts. Mr. Cohen's commercial practice includes the general representation of companies involved in manufacturing, distribution, licensing and the business of owning and protecting computer software applications.
