Attorney Benjamin Falkner, who joined Krasnoo | Klehm as an associate in 2006, was graduated from The Ohio State University (Magna Cum Laude, 2002) and Suffolk University Law School (Magna Cum Laude, 2006). Ben devotes his entire practice to criminal and civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He currently accepts court appointments to represent indigent criminal defendants in the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in the New Hampshire Federal District Court and in the District and Juvenile Courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He has argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and he has substantially contributed to approximately ten appellate briefs filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Ben is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the National Lawyers Guild MA Chapter, the National Police Accountability Project and the Lawrence Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the following courts: Supreme Court for the United States(April 4,2011); United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (January 25, 2007); Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (November 27, 2006); U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit (November 2, 2006); United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire (October 31, 2006); New Hampshire Supreme Court (October 31, 2006).
