Falk, Brian R.

Mr. Paladino is an associate in the Litigation Department and is a member of the Insurance Fraud and Healthcare Practice Groups. His practice includes a variety of complex matters, including life, health and disability insurance, coverage claims, bad faith and extra contractual damages claims.

Mr. Paladino received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, where he was a Philadelphia Mayor's Scholar. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 2009, where he was a Beasley Scholar and recipient of the Jack M. Golden and Frieda Golden Prize for superior legal writing in the area of healthcare and health administration. Mr. Paladino was also a member of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and Secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paladino served as a judicial intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
