Fagan, Patrick C.

Ms. Palmieri, a trial attorney in the office, has devoted her entire legal career to the representation of plaintiffs in civil litigation. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Palmieri focused her practice on personal injury, business and medical malpractice litigation. She has a broad range of litigation experience in cases ranging from business-related contractual disputes to cases involving wrongful death claims.

She has abundant experience representing victims in negligence and other actions, and in cases ranging from wrongful death to business disputes. Today she represents the Firm's clients in every aspect of litigation. Clients benefit from her enthusiasm, tenacity, instincts and compassion. Very active in the legal community, Ms. Palmieri is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and California Bar Association. She is involved in the Boards and Commissions Committee with Lawyers' Club of San Diego, New Membership Committee with the Consumer Attorneys' of San Diego, Young and New Lawyers' Division with the San Diego County Bar Association, and she serves as Secretary to the Barristers' Club of San Diego. Maria is also active in the Business Alliance-Downtown Network Group with the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Italians of San Diego, and Florida State Southern California Alumni Association. In her spare time, Ms. Palmieri enjoys running, hiking, reading and traveling.
