Judith Cohen joined Dickstein Shapiro in July 2002. Ms. Cohen is counsel in the Business Litigation Practice. Her practice focuses on a wide array of complex civil litigation matters, representing a diverse group of both corporate and individual clients. Ms. Cohen has a significant amount of experience in all facets of arbitration and has litigated a broad range of sophisticated commercial cases in state and federal courts. She also has substantive experience in many areas, including real estate, trademark, unfair competition, ERISA, and contracts. Ms. Cohen was involved in the successful action brought by Spider-man creator, Stan Lee, against Marvel Enterprises concerning his profit participation rights under the parties' agreement.
