Ms. Cohen has been interviewed by CNN regarding employment matters, the Atlanta Journal Constitution for her continued advocacy in providing work environments free of sexual harassment, was front page in the premiere Georgia legal newspaper, the Fulton County Daily Report for her ability to reign in unfair practices in arbitration.
Other newsworthy events involved Attorney Cohen’s successful overturning of a mayoral election, which was handled all the way through appeal to the Supreme Court of Georgia and affirmed unanimously by all 7 Justices. Her Appellate advocacy has reached the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit as well as the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Cohen has also successfully represented and defended law enforcement officers in a number of employment matters and has successfully advised corporate clients on regulatory matters with the New York State Liquor Authority concerning Alcoholic Beverage Control Transportation Permits.
