Background
Aaron grew up in a family devoted to law enforcement. He has several family members who are currently serving as peace officers in different areas of the law. His interest in the law came at an early age and has continued to grow. He found Greg Smith and Associates and enjoys the opportunity to help the accused. Since then he has helped many clients through their tough situations.
Education:
Aaron earned a Business Management degree from Southern Utah University School of Business in 2007. From there he left the area to go to Law School in San Diego at California Western School of Law. While attending law school, Aaron was the recipient of Dean’s List recognition and was also honored an academic achievement award for having the highest grade in Torts. In 2009, Aaron earned his Juris Doctor and went on to pass the Utah Bar Exam that same year.
Experience:
During Aaron’s under graduate studies he worked for a business law firm. There he was exposed to the many issues facing businesses today. Aaron was able to assist the attorneys in preparing business documents, such as, contracts, entity formation and operation agreements.
While in Law school Aaron worked for a debtor’s rights firm. Here he saw the issues businesses have to deal with when they are not paid for services or goods they have rendered. He worked with businesses to resolve the matter in a timely and cost effective manner.
Prior to joining Greg Smith and Associates, Aaron also participated in defending workers compensation claims, unemployment claims, wage and labor disputes, as well as general business liability claims.
