Ms. Oshiro specializes in the areas of business litigation, insurance litigation and legal malpractice. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Hawaii, and has been practicing law in California for twenty years where she is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Willoughby, Stuart & Bening, Ms. Oshiro worked at the law firm of Clapp Moroney where she practiced in personal injury defense. She also has extensive experience handling plaintiff’s matters in the areas of personal injury and employment.
Ms. Oshiro earned her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law and was included on the Dean’s List every year. She was also an active member of the Asian Pacific Law Students Association.
Ms. Oshiro was born and raised in Honolulu. Before receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii and embarking on her legal career, she worked in the restaurant industry, sold real estate and served as a clerk for the Consumer Protection Committee of the Hawaii State Senate.
Ms. Oshiro moved to the Bay Area to attend law school and has since fallen in love with it. She is a wine lover and an avid reader of World War II military histories.
