Ashley Ernst serves as an Associate Attorney for Sommers Employment Law Group, PC. The daughter of a union worker, Ashley is passionate about representing honest and hardworking individuals whose rights have been violated. Ashley represents plaintiffs in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation and other employment matters.
In law school, Ashley participated the Worker’s Rights Clinic where she advised low-income clients regarding employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and unpaid wage claims. She was also the Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal.
