Espinoza, Bethany

Ms. Ormond has been practicing law since 2006 and joined the firm in 2010 as an associate. She practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, civil litigation, business litigation, products liability, intellectual property, and entertainment law. Ms. Ormond attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate studies and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She is admitted to practice in the Arizona state and federal courts.

Ms. Ormond has successfully defended art gallery owners against copyright infringement claims and has assisted in a motor carrier's defense of a bicyclist's three million dollar claim for injuries wherein her case preparation included an animated recreation of the incident. She is experienced in electronic management of documents and electronic trial presentations and has second-chaired two Arizona State Court trials for Langley Law Firm.

Ms. Ormond is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyer's Association, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute. She is also a board member for the Arizona Production Association which promotes the film industry in Arizona.
