Espin, David J.

David focuses his practice on the representation of debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, business restructuring, corporate transactions, business litigation, and estate planning. David works with individuals and companies of all sizes in chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, negotiates work-out agreements with lenders, structures various types of mergers and acquisitions, and represents business owners and employees in commercial litigation.

Before joining Kerkman & Dunn in early 2009, David worked as an attorney with Petrie & Stocking, S.C, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he focused on transactional work and business litigation and assisted with estate planning and probate cases.
