Mr. Clem is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Residential Real Estate Law. His practice includes real estate matters, business and corporate law. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1967 and is a member of State Bar of Texas, the Lamar County Bar Association and the Northeast Texas Bar Association. He is currently serving as an editor on the State Bar Title Examination Standards Board.
