Bernard is a Partner in the Practise having qualified as a Solicitor in 1975 and having worked in Bury for over 35 years.

Bernard handles various types of litigation but in particular deals with a high volume of Personal Injury claims all of which he deals with on a No-Win-No-Fee basis. His clients appreciate the level of personal service he provides and already in 2011 he has successfully recovered £325,000 for one client and £110,000 for another.

Bernard also handles Commercial Litigation claims as well as providing Employment advice and representing clients before Employment Tribunals.
