Seth Orkand is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Business Trial Group and Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007.
Practice
While in law school, Mr. Orkand interned with the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the Hague. Mr. Orkand also interned in the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where he investigated evidence for criminal prosecution of the largest insurance industry fraud case in the United States.
Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Orkand worked in software design and consulting for several years, serving as a sales consultant, sales engineer and program manager for technology companies in Massachusetts and Texas. Mr. Orkand was also owner of a consulting firm in 2001, User Experience Consulting, LLP, based in Boston.
