Gail Ennis is a partner in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Working Group. She joined the firm in 1998.
Practice
Ms. Ennis conducts internal investigations of alleged improper accounting practices for global Fortune 500 companies, and defends these companies in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her experience includes interviewing client employees as part of the internal investigations process, preparing witnesses for testimony before the SEC; conducting discovery in federal litigation and NASD arbitration; participating in hearings at the New York Stock Exchange; and conducting legal research and drafting memoranda of law regarding securities and corporate law matters. She also has performed due diligence and drafted contracts and agreements for corporate and real estate transactions.
