Katherine V. Oliver is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University and received her law degree summa cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law. At Dickinson, Ms. Oliver served as an editor of The Dickinson Law Review and was accepted into the Order of Woolsack Honor Society. Ms. Oliver was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1996 and is a member of the Centre County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Ms. Oliver is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. She is a veteran member and current Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Section Council.
