Talia Offord is an associate practicing in all areas of commercial litigation. Ms. Offord received her J.D. from Drexel Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and her B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Arizona.
Talia's background consists of various engineering, technology, and environmental experiences. While at ASU, Talia interned at two different Fortune 500 companies creating automated process improvement and manufacturing optimization tools. Ms. Offord worked for several years as an environmental engineer before she decided to attend law school. During law school, Ms. Offord served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Talia also interned in the Intellectual Property groups of two Philadelphia law firms and one Fortune 500 company. Ms. Offord also founded the Drexel Law Intellectual Property Society. Talia was a member of Law Review, where she wrote a note on the constitutionality of U.S. patent fee diversion.
Talia is admitted to practice law in all Arizona state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
