Roger O'Sullivan, a graduate with honors of Arizona State University College of Law, has practiced law in Arizona since 1981. He joined with Calvin Thur in 1984, eventually practicing under the firm name of Thur & O’Sullivan. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of Arizona and California, Arizona Federal District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Roger O'Sullivan has successfully tried a number of insurance bad faith cases and has settled hundreds more. He has also worked on numerous appeals, including preparation of amicus briefs for national insurance consumer organizations and for trial lawyers associations from various states in several United States Supreme Court cases. He has also taught Continuing Legal Education courses on the subject of insurance bad faith.

Thur & O'Sullivan specializes in helping insureds recover benefits promised under their insurance policy, and obtaining compensation for damages caused by the insurance company’s wrongful delay or denial of benefits.
