Thomas C. O'Konski is a partner in the firm who focuses his practice on dispute analysis and resolution, licensing and litigation in all areas of intellectual property law including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. During the course of his more than 30 years with Cesari and McKenna, Tom has served as lead trial counsel in numerous actions pending in state and federal courts across the country and before the International Trade Commission involving a wide variety of technical subject matters. Although Tom has had considerable success in negotiating settlements of his cases in advance of trial on terms which are favorable to his clients, he is a seasoned trial lawyer with substantial jury and non-jury trial experience. Tom has also testified as an expert on patent and licensing law, and served as an arbitrator of patent and patent related disputes for the American Arbitration Association and International Chamber of Commerce.
