He represents government contractors and health care companies in all aspects of federal, state, and local procurement matters, with a focus on the False Claims Act and other government contracts litigation, investigations, and compliance matters.
Mr. Chiarodo has recovered and saved hundreds of millions of dollars for government contractors and regularly represents contractors in disputes before federal agencies, the Government Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, the Boards of Contract Appeals, and state and federal courts nationwide.
