Ehline, Michael P.

Melissa O'Connor is an associate at Bogaards Davis. During her years at the firm, she has represented clients in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases, on both the plaintiff and defense sides. She has also represented clients in breach of contract actions and property disputes. During her tenure at the firm, she has had extensive law and motion, deposition, arbitration and mediation experience. Ms. O'Connor has made frequent court appearances at all of the Bay Area courts, including the Northern District of California.

Ms. O'Connor attended Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, earning her J.D. in 2007. During law school, she clerked for Judge Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court, researching a variety of legal issues as well as assisting in drafting trial court opinions. Ms. O'Connor also clerked at Cooley Manion & Jones, a complex civil litigation firm, and interned with the in-house legal department of Cubist Pharmaceuticals during law school.

Ms. O'Connor also has a technical background. Prior to entering the field of law, Ms. O'Connor studied Biological Sciences and Psychology at the University of Delaware. She graduated cum laude in 2004, after researching, writing and defending a thesis in the field of developmental neurobiology.
