Martin O'Donnell is a partner of the firm. He focuses on patent and trademark litigation, strategy, and opinion work and has frequently been called upon to serve as an expert in various patent cases, as well as a mediator in various intellectual property matters. He has been trial counsel for numerous Fortune 100 companies, as well as for small businesses and individuals, and has represented clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. .He is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Boston College Law School, where he teaches patent law, and has formerly taught courses in antitrust, unfair competition, federal courts and conflicts of law at New England School of Law. He has authored numerous papers on patents, trademarks and trade secrets, and has served as a lecturer and panelist in these areas.
