Mr. Cheng is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1996 from Iowa State University, his Master of Architecture degree in 1998 from University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctorate degree in 2008 from Temple University.
Before entering law school, Mr. Cheng spent seven years in the architectural industry, and is well versed in every aspect of the design and construction administration process. At White and Williams, Mr. Cheng handles insurance subrogation matters involving losses caused by fire, water, product defects and construction defects.
Mr. Cheng is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York bars but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. He is fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese.
