Mr. O’Donnell is an experienced civil trial attorney and Florida – Board Certified in Business Litigation.
Mr. O’Donnell concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, and commercial arbitrations.
He represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes involving real estate, securities, contracts, labor, banking, fair trade, business torts, insurance, product liability, technology, intellectual property, and tax.
Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge.
