Greg Eagleburger is a Shareholder and Director at Sanders & Parks, P.C. He has actively practiced law throughout the Southwestern United States for over 43 years except between 1989 and 1993 when he was the Chief Executive Officer of Case Construction Company, Inc., a $30 Million per year general contractor and developer operating in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Greg graduated from Arizona State University in 1966 with a B.S. in Business with Accounting Specialization and received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1969. He is licensed in the states of Texas (inactive), Arizona and California, and is authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 5th, 9th and 10th United States Circuit Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. He has represented clients in the U.S. District Courts of Texas, California and Arizona and in the state courts of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California and Nebraska.
Greg joined Sanders & Parks, P.C. after 30 years at the helm of his own law firm in order to better serve his clients' needs into the future.
Greg is also active in the Phoenix area music and arts, serving as the attorney for and a board member of the Phoenix Symphony Guild, Phoenix Youth Symphony and as a member of the Phoenix Theatre Guild and is general counsel for the New Life Society.
The present scope of his practice includes all types of transactional, commercial/business and personal asset matters, including formation and governance of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; contract formation of leases, sales of real estate, financing of asset purchases; and liens on personal property and real estate through negotiation, settlement, arbitration and litigation of business disputes in the areas of commercial contract, construction, real estate and trusts and estates. He regularly gives seminars on these subjects to potential clients and other attorneys.
