Jerry B. Chariton is a partner of Chariton & Schwager. Listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, Mr. Chariton is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and serves as chairman of the ACTEC Tax Issues Relevant to Trusts and Estates Subcommittee and a member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee and Charitable Planning Committee.
