Ms. Chan has experience in complex commercial disputes, securities and antitrust litigation, product liability, class action, and directors and officers litigation, and intellectual property law. She previously worked at Oracle Corporation, where she focused on intellectual property and commercial contract matters. Ms. Chan is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Firm's Diversity Committee. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a litigation associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
