Mr. Chamberlin practices in the areas of commercial and injury related litigation and trials, including products liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, motor vehicle, commercial motor vehicle, premises liability, insurance bad faith and construction related injuries. His practice includes litigation and trials in employment discrimination and harassment claims.

Mr. Chamberlin's litigation interests started in law school where, for two years, he was a student coordinator for a trial practice program during which he tried, on his own, over seven jury trials before graduation.

Shortly after graduation, Mr. Chamberlin, a Denver, Colorado native, moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado to form his own firm that represented the City of Steamboat Springs, His practice included municipal and governmental transactions, permitting and overseeing development and construction of projects within the City, plus litigation for and on behalf of the City. He also represented private clients in transactional work and litigation relating to business formation and representation, real estate and condominium development, construction transactions and representation of police and sheriff's department personnel.

Mr. Chamberlin moved from Steamboat Springs, Colorado to Phoenix, Arizona in 1985, where his practice primarily focused on insurance defense while with the firm of Black, Robertshaw & Copple, P.C. On behalf of defendants, Mr. Chamberlin tried numerous commercial, construction, homeowner's association, fire loss and commercial trucking defense cases to defense verdicts. He also taught insurance company adjusters and representatives various aspects of insurance and insurance bad faith law. During this time frame, Mr. Chamberlin also represented victims of negligence, defective products, premises liability, insurance bad faith and medical malpractice.

In 1991, Mr. Chamberlin formed a firm with Stephen Copple, Esq. and Scott Boehm, Esq. called Copple, Chamberlin & Boehm, P.C., a boutique plaintiff's injury firm. Mr. Chamberlin litigated and tried large loss injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, motor vehicle, commercial motor vehicle, highway design, premises liability, employment discrimination and sexual harassment claims.

In 2002, Mr. Chamberlin joined the firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, L.L.P. as a partner and continues his practice in the areas of commercial and injury litigation and trial work.

Mr. Chamberlin, the other attorneys at Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, L.L.P, and staff understand the stress and disruption to personal and business life that legal conflicts may cause. For over 30 years, Mr. Chamberlin has represented clients in a variety of injury and commercial claims. His practice currently focuses on large loss claims through which he has represented numerous clients to settlements and verdicts, many in excess of $1 million; including failure to diagnose a thoracic tumor, a verdict recognized as one of the ten largest in Arizona for that year, and others relating to failure to diagnose illnesses, neonatal injury, cerebral palsy, surgical mishap, medication errors, infectious disease, motor vehicle collision, premises liability and products liability and others.

Mr. Chamberlin also continues to represent clients in commercial and real estate litigation and victims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, age and racial discrimination and victims of insurance bad faith.
