Steven Dwyer was born and raised in State College, Pennsylvania, and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with bachelor degrees in Psychology and Administration of Justice. He has worked for human service agencies in State College and Orlando, Florida. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Florida A&M College of Law in 2008, Steven worked at the law school library, completed an internship with the Orlando public defender's office, and worked at a private law firm. After graduating law school Steven moved to Wyoming where he passed the Wyoming Bar Exam, and was admitted to practice there in 2008. During the fall of 2004 Steven accomplished his goal of riding solo on a bicycle cross country from the northern California coast to St. Augustine, Florida 3,650 miles in 7 weeks. Steven continues to settle into Wyoming life enjoying the splendor it has to offer while working as an associate with Meyer and Williams.
