Lawrence Graham's current practice focuses on biotechnology patent prosecution and consulting. His main area of experience is biomolecules, including nucleic acids and proteins, and stem cells. Lawrence's practice includes management of clients' intellectual property dockets, U.S. and foreign patenting strategies, patent landscape analyses, and formal opinions of counsel with respect to noninfringement, invalidity, and inventorship. He has also litigated, for the defendant, patent cases involving hepatitis C technology. In addition to his bachelor's and master's degrees, Lawrence studied at Michigan State University in the genetics program and worked as a researcher for half a year at the National Institutes of Health research post in Phoenix, Arizona.
