Matthew’s experiences include preparation and prosecution of numerous patent applications in the U.S. and other jurisdictions in the fields of database design implementation and optimization, gaming, web based services and augmentation, communication systems, mission-critical IT services, social networking, mechanical devices, and clean energy systems. In addition, he has represented clients in the courtroom on patents, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secret cases as both plaintiff and defendant, earning favorable settlements.
