Mr. Graham is an attorney licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Illinois since November 1982. His practice has involved all aspects of client counseling and participation in many types of matters including: wills and trusts; real estate transactions; municipal corporations; private for-profit, and not-for-profit, corporations; and to the greater extent the prosecution and defense of general civil and criminal litigation and appeals matters before federal and state courts in Illinois and Missouri, where he has appeared pro hac vice. His litigation practice is divided approximately equally between creditor, large-scale, collections and bankruptcy matters, family law matters and representation of defendants in eminent domain matters, plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation and defendants subject to criminal prosecution. He has prosecuted criminal misdemeanor and felony matters both as an assistant state's attorney in Montgomery County, Illinois and as a special prosecutor before courts in Christian and Sangamon Counties, Illinois.

He has personally tried at least thirty-five civil matters and approximately forty criminal matters to verdict before juries in Christian, Fayette, Macon, Montgomery, and Shelby Counties; and has actively directed and participated in other litigation before courts in fifty-two of one hundred two Illinois counties; the St. Louis City and St. Louis and St. Clair County Circuit Courts in Missouri; and before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Mr. Graham has personally handled and argued approximately twenty matters on appeal before the courts of the Fourth and Fifth Appellate Districts in Illinois; the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
