Susan Robbins, an Arizona native, has practiced law since 1988, after earning her Juris Doctorate degree from the Arizona State University. Susan is a member of the Maricopa County Bar, The State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, the State Bar Probate and Trust Section and the State Bar Elder Law and Mental Health Section, where she has twice served on the Executive Council. She is also a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Susan is active in the area of mediation and disputes and contested matter in elder law and has conducted estate planning seminars to local interest groups and has shared her knowledge of mediation with fellow attorneys and fiduciaries at the NAELA State Symposium and the State Bar of Arizona. In addition to her mediation practice, Susan represents clients in contested estate and trust administration matters and in guardianship/conservatorship proceedings. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and worked in medical social work, health care management and mental health prior to embarking on her legal career. Susan is a past president of the Board of Directors for Phoenix Interfaith Counseling, a community mental health agency. She also enjoys listening to audio books, racquetball, travel, dining out, spending time with friends and family and watching the Diamondbacks.
