For the past 10 years, Deborah R. Gough has devoted her entire practice to representing the the victims of nursing home neglect and abuse, and their families. She concentrates her practice in cases involving matters such as bedsores, falls, broken bones, medication errors, sexual and physical abuse, malnutrition, dehydration, and fraudulent charting. Deborah is the current Chair of the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group, a member of the New York Nursing Home Litigation Group and the National Citizen's Coalition for Nursing Home Reform. Deborah has served as faculty for seminars on nursing home litigation for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and has written and lectured nationally on the subject of nursing home litigation and protection of our elderly. Deborah is a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College.
