Michael Dull has worked with Wagners for over six years. He maintains a practice focused extensively in the area of class action litigation. Among his notable cases, he works as class counsel on behalf of residents of Sydney in MacQueen v. AGNS et. al, the first successful contested certification hearing in Nova Scotia. Mike was the court-appointed class counsel in the multi-million dollar settlement in “Payday Loans” class action (Tobin v. Dollar Financial et al.).
Mike also is also actively involved in the area of personal injury litigation; specifically in medical malpractice, hospital errors, professional negligence, institutional abuse, physical/sexual assaults, defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals and brain injuries.
Mike has successfully argued cases before all levels of Court in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
Mike is the current chair of the Atlantic Province Trial Lawyers Association’s Young Lawyers Division. He has lectured at the Nova Scotia Bar Admission Course, been invited to speak at numerous conferences and has been published in national publications.
