Michael Dube is a counsel in the firm's Securities and Litigation/Controversy Departments and a member of the Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Working Group. He joined the firm in 2003.
Practice
From 2002-2003, Mr. Dube clerked for the Honorable Edward F. Harrington of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Dube received his JD, summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he was editor in chief for the Boston College Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Dube served as Appeals Unit intern with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Boston. Mr. Dube received a BA, summa cum laude, in English from the University of Massachusetts, where he was elected to the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Mr. Dube is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
