Duginske, Tara Reese

 

Daniel Goodge was born and raised in East Tennessee. After graduating from Southern Adventist University near Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2001and interning with the Hamilton County, Tennessee Public Defender's Office in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Daniel attended law school at the University of Tennessee's College of Law at Knoxville. While at the University of Tennessee, Daniel participated in the College of Law's Advocacy Track program and took a variety of business-related courses, including a Business Associations course for which he received a Certificate of Academic Excellence.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Daniel worked for several years as an associate with a regional civil defense firm where his practice focussed mostly on workers' compensation cases.During that time, Daniel argued before the Tennessee Supreme Court, one of the youngest lawyers in the State of Tennessee to do so.

Daniel has been with our firm since November 2009. His areas of practice include personal injury, workers' compensation, contracts, criminal defense, DUI defense, child custody, federal and state civil rights, administrative law, social security and real property.
