Duggins, David D.

Don was born and grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is married to Susan and has two children: Megan and Dylan. Don graduated from Cheyenne East High School in 1963 and received his Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Wyoming in 1970. Upon graduation, he taught English at Casper Kelly Walsh High School and Johnson Junior High School in Cheyenne. From 1972-1973, Don was the Production Manager at KOJO Radio in Laramie, Wyoming. Don returned to the University of Wyoming in 1973 and received his juris doctor in 1976. He also served in the Army National Guard from 1966-1972.

In addition to a business, construction and real estate practice since 1976, Don has served as counsel in adversary proceedings before Wyoming administrative boards and commissions including prosecution of approximately 126 physician license discipline cases before the Wyoming Board of Medicine and has represented licensees in license discipline cases before the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and before the Wyoming Board of Certified Public Accountants.
