Micah Ripley represents banking institutions, corporate clients, and commercial property management companies with a focus on replevin cases, foreclosure actions, and landlord/tenant matters. Despite a high volume of work for institutional clients, Mr. Ripley has also been successful in tailoring his practice to fit the needs of individuals and small business.

Mr. Ripley has a strong background in the areas of replevin, landlord/tenant and foreclosure for banking institutions and individuals. Mr. Ripley has been able to balance efficient pre-judgment resolution of matters to the benefit of the client through work-outs, forbearance agreements and settlements when foreclosure or eviction is not preferred.
Community Involvement
Mr. Ripley is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. He is active in the Young Lawyer's Section of the Orange County Bar Association and represents dependant and abused children through the Guardian Ad Litem program sponsored by the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Ripley is also a Board Member of Opportunity House, Inc.
