Matthew focuses his practice on employment law and pursues claims on behalf of employees in the areas of employment discrimination (race, gender, age, etc.), retaliation, Ohio wage law violations, Family Medical leave Act (“FMLA”) violations, Whistleblower law, public policy claims, unemployment compensation, First Amendment retaliation, non-competition agreements, insurance agency disputes with insurance companies, and employment-related breach of contract disputes in state and federal courts.
Matthew is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Matthew received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in May of 2008. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in May of 2005.
