Mr. Draper is a member of the Insurance Services and Trusts + Estates teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Mr. Draper’s trusts and estates practice includes sophisticated estate planning for individual clients, including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. He also advises individual and institutional fiduciaries on all aspects of the administration of trusts and estates, including:

• representation in all matters in probate court;
• estate tax compliance, including preparation of estate tax returns;
• general advice on administration issues;
• post-mortem planning, and reformation of instruments.

Mr. Draper serves Vice-President of PF+C Insurance Services (www.PFC-IS.com), and as a member of the PF+C Insurance Services audit and consulting group.  Mr. Draper manages and conducts audits of various types of businesses engaged in insurance claims administration. Audits of third-party administrators (TPA's), managing general agents/coverholders, monitoring counsel and other claims administrators may be performed for regulatory, due diligence, best practices consulting or forensic purposes on behalf of domestic and London market insurers.  Mr. Draper has audited claims management under property, casualty, specialty and professional lines of coverage.

Mr. Draper also provides general corporate and commercial representation.
