Driscoll, Jodie L.

Lee grew up in Las Vegas and graduated from UNLV in 1982 with a degree in accounting. He subsequently attended law school at the University of San Diego and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1985. He continued his education at the Boston University School of Law and obtained a Masters of Law degree in Taxation in 1986. He was selected for the Boston University Journal of Tax Law and his article entitled Tiffany Fine Arts: Dual Purpose Summonses and the Protection of Unknown Taxpayers was published in 1987.

In 1993 Lee returned to Las Vegas and practiced with the law firm of Raleigh, Hunt, McGarry & Drizin, P.C. until 2004 when he established The Law Offices of Lee A. Drizin, Chtd. Lee has been an advocate for seniors in Las Vegas ever since, and is a frequent lecturer to the elderly about the recognition and prevention of exploitation. He has also been appointed in several cases by the Clark County District Court as well as the United States District Court for the State of Nevada to serve as a guardian ad litem to safeguard the rights of parties unable to represent themselves. Lee A. Drizin, Chtd. is one of a select number of law firms representing the Clark County Public Guardian. Lee has been a member of the Clark County Guardianship Task Force in addition to the Clark County Senior Abuse Task Force. He was also elected to the Advisory Board of the UNLV School of Fine Arts Gerontology Program. Lee received the honor of being selected to address the 2010 National Guardianship Association's annual convention and has also served as moderator for National Healthcare Decision's Day. Mr. Drizin has been an active participant in our community as a youth soccer coach and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Miracle League, a non-profit organization which operates a baseball league for children with disabilities.
