I have over 33 years of legal experience - exclusively practicing in California. For over 15 years, I have enjoyed Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory's highest peer review rating of "AV".

My focus is on Real Estate and Business Litigation - resolving disputes among sellers, buyers, agents, brokers, investors, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, and small and medium sized businesses.  I also help my clients avoid litigation by reviewing contracts and leases during the negotiation process.

I am a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California, as well as the Real Property Section. I've also served as president of the Board of Directors of Haven Hills.

My office is located at the Warner Center in Woodland Hills - but I represent clients throughout California.
