Mr. Rickard has developed a broad based civil and appellate practice. He routinely assists clients in a variety of insurance defense matters. Mr. Rickard has a particular interest in construction law and formerly served as the Western Region President of the Arkansas Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. He, also, assists clients with pre-litigation commercial disputes and the drafting of business policies..
